    5. Puppy Selection: You’ll be contacted based on your waitlist position to choose your new puppy when the time comes. We offer both virtual and in-person meet-ups to help you make the best choice.

    6. Pick-Up or Delivery: When your puppy is ready to go home, we'll coordinate a pick-up day or arrange local delivery to ensure a seamless transition.
