What Does It Mean to Be a Curator?

What does it mean to be a Curator instead of just a Breeder? It means I do more than just breed dogs—I create an environment where each puppy can thrive and become the perfect companion for your family. My role is to bring expertise and passion into a craft that involves selecting, nurturing, and elevating every aspect of raising these wonderful dogs. From choosing health-tested parents with loving temperaments to personally investing in each puppy’s development—through early socialization, crate training, and personalized attention—I have built a science of raising the perfect Goldendoodle. Additionally, I am a CKC (Continental Kennel Club) registered breeder, and all of our dogs and puppies are also registered with CKC. This registration is important because it ensures that our breeding practices meet high standards of quality and care, providing transparency and assurance to families that they are receiving a well-bred, healthy dog.

As a Curator, I focus on creating dogs that are hypoallergenic, non-shedding, healthy, and have balanced temperaments. My goal is to make sure these Goldendoodles are more than just pets—they are prepared to be therapy dogs, guide dogs, disability support dogs, companions for veterans, and even Diabetic Alert Dogs (DADs). I don't just claim to specialize in genetically curating the perfect litter; I've taken extra steps to educate myself in the science behind it. I have completed extensive courses through Good Dog Academy, covering subjects such as canine genetics, health testing for sires and dams, responsible breeding practices, early socialization techniques, puppy pad training, and the science of breeding methods. These courses have helped me understand how to provide the best care for each puppy from pre-breeding through to finding their perfect forever homes. These courses have equipped me with the knowledge to ensure that each Goldendoodle is raised with the utmost care and expertise. As a Type 2 diabetic, I have experienced firsthand how incredible these dogs can be. They have truly been my heroes, and I know they can be heroes for others as well. Many of our Goldendoodles have shown a natural aptitude for providing comfort and companionship, and we have seen their potential to become successful therapy dogs. Seeing the positive impact these dogs can have is what drives my passion every day. This breed is the number one choice for these roles, thanks to their gentle nature, intelligence, and adaptability. My curated approach ensures that these Goldendoodles can meet the needs of any family, including those who need a dog for specialized support.

More Than a Passion

Curating Goldendoodles is a true calling driven by my deep love for dogs and my commitment to providing healthy, loving companions to families. This journey began when I saw firsthand the profound difference a well-raised dog can make in someone's life, from the joy on a child's face to the comfort they bring to those in need. Each puppy receives individualized care to ensure they are both physically and emotionally nurtured, ready to bring joy and love to their forever homes.
