Common questions
Red Goldendoodle FAQs
- Will my red Goldendoodle stay red as an adult?
- Red coats tend to lighten somewhat as the puppy matures. The deepest, most stable reds come from carefully chosen pairings where both parents carry rich red pigment.
- Are red Goldendoodles rare?
- True deep-red Goldendoodles are less common than apricot or cream and often have a longer waitlist. We recommend applying early through Good Dog.
- Do red Goldendoodles differ in temperament?
- Color does not affect temperament. Our red puppies are raised inside the home with the same Signature Homecoming Method as every other color.
