The complete first-weeks setup, sourced and assembled by Armen. Available three ways depending on what works for your family:
- Pick up with your puppy at our home in Lancaster — you leave with your puppy and everything they need in one trip
- Meet halfway — we bring the full kit when we meet you at your agreed location
- Pre-delivered to your home — we bring everything before homecoming day so your space is ready when your puppy walks in
What's in the kit:
- Appropriately sized crate (matched to your puppy's projected adult weight)
- Playpen with recommended panel configuration
- Puppy bed and blanket
- The exact food your puppy has been eating — no digestive disruption, no adjustment period
- Food and water station
- Pee pads — the brand and size your puppy already recognizes
- Coat-appropriate shampoo and brush for your puppy's generation
- Starter toy set
- Car hammock or car seat for safe travel
- Age-appropriate vitamins and supplements
- Printed homecoming packet: feeding schedule, potty routine, crate introduction, and first-night expectations

Once you're home and ready to set up, FaceTime Armen. He will look at your actual space in real time — where the crate should go, where the pee pads belong relative to the sleeping area, whether the water bowl should be inside or outside the playpen, which areas to close off in the first weeks. This is not a generic checklist. It is a real conversation with the person who raised your puppy, looking at your specific home and your specific layout.

The playpen is assembled and positioned. The crate is placed correctly. The feeding station is ready. The sleeping area is arranged the way a puppy actually needs it. Armen walks you through the potty routine your puppy already knows, what to expect on night one, and what the first three days look like. Every question you have gets answered in person, in your home, without rushing.

Our dedicated flight nanny is a retired airline professional with 30 years of experience. She has hand-carried Kid's Best Doodle puppies on domestic flights — in the cabin, never in cargo — with a calm and care that comes from doing this at the highest level for decades.
