How We Raise Our Puppies
Home-raised Goldendoodles with structure, socialization, and care from the very beginning.

At Kid's Best Doodle, puppies are raised inside our home, not in a kennel environment. Their early weeks are shaped by daily interaction, household sounds, children, structure, gentle handling, and consistent routines so they can begin life with confidence and a smoother transition into their future home.
Home-Raised, Never Kenneled
Our puppies are raised inside our home where they experience real daily life from the beginning. They hear normal household sounds, see people moving through the home, and become familiar with the rhythm of family life.
Daily Human Interaction
Each puppy receives daily interaction, observation, and gentle connection. This helps us understand temperament, confidence, energy level, and how each puppy naturally relates to people.
Early Socialization
Puppies are introduced to age-appropriate sights, sounds, textures, and everyday activity. This foundation helps build confidence and adaptability before they ever leave our home.
Children and Everyday Life
Our puppies are raised around children and normal household routines. This gives them early exposure to the sounds, movement, and energy of real family life in a calm and familiar way.
Routine and Structure
We begin introducing routine early, including feeding rhythm, rest periods, pee pad exposure, crate familiarity, and simple daily structure. These early foundations help make the first weeks home feel less overwhelming.
Health and Veterinary Care
Before go-home day, puppies receive age-appropriate veterinary care, deworming, microchipping, and a licensed veterinary exam. Families receive health records and guidance for the transition home.
Temperament Observation
We do not rely on appearance alone. Each puppy is observed closely so we can speak honestly about personality, energy, confidence, connection, and fit. That is what helps guide stronger matches.
Prepared for the Transition Home
The goal is not simply to send a puppy home. The goal is to prepare each puppy with structure, confidence, and early familiarity so their transition into a new home feels smoother and more supported.
